- Cézanne and the Modern showcases fifty masterworks of belatedly nineteenth- to mid twentieth-century avant-garge European fine art from the Henry and Rose Pearlman Collection, 1 of the well-nigh distinguished private collections of modern art in the United States. Amidst the iconic images represented are Paul Cezanne's Mont Saint-Victoire, Vincent Van Gogh's Tarascon Stagecoach and Amedeo Modigliani'south portrait of Jean Cocteau, every bit well every bit an outstanding suite of sixteen watercolors by Cezanne.
